Nine free-flying slips hold vessels in station-keeping formation while structural spines, tankage, and modules are mated. Each berth is a pressurized-optional truss cradle with power, data, and thermal umbilicals rated for continuous multi-month integration campaigns.

Zero-boiloff propellant nodes store and transfer liquid oxygen and methane delivered by tanker flights. Active refrigeration, sun-shielding, and settled-transfer systems maintain flight-grade propellant for vessels awaiting departure windows.

A fleet of autonomous manipulators and free-flying inspectors performs welding, torque, and non-destructive testing at a cadence no human EVA program could sustain. Crews supervise; robots build. Every joint is logged, imaged, and certified.
Habitat Integration
Habitat Integration
Rotating habitat rings and long-duration crew modules are pressure-tested, outfitted, and human-rated within a dedicated clean corridor. Life-support loops are commissioned in orbit under load before a single occupant embarks.
Nuclear Zone

A segregated, distance-isolated node handles the integration and fueling of nuclear-electric and nuclear-thermal propulsion stages. Hardened containment, remote handling, and an independent safety authority govern every operation within the exclusion radius.
