Crew Rotation

Economic Rationale

Launching a finished deep-space vessel whole is bounded by the largest fairing humanity can fly. Assembling in orbit removes that ceiling entirely — vessel scale becomes a function of berth capacity and integration cadence, not launch geometry.

Every flow in the chain is designed to keep the marginal cost of the next vessel falling. As launch cadence rises and propellant logistics mature, the Foundry’s throughput compounds, turning orbital construction from a bespoke feat into a standing industrial capability.
